We were fortunate to have Justin McCormick as our realtor. He had several developments/homes for us to view and was prepared with the appointments. We didn't waste any time as we had traveled from out of state looking for a new home. He was patient, friendly, professional, and well informed of the area and homes for sale. He kept in contact with us throughout the house hunting process. We decided to build in a development he found for us, and he took photos and visited the site so we could see the progress since we were out of state. It has been a perfect neighborhood for us!
